How Team Clash Works
Team Clash is a MARVEL SNAP Limited Time Game Mode where you pick a Marvel team, like the Avengers or the X-Men, and build your deck around it. Choosing a team locks six of its cards into your deck: special Team Clash versions of those characters, with abilities you won’t find anywhere else.
You fill the other six slots from your own collection, and every team comes with a passive ability that shapes how it wants to be played. You can switch teams between matches, so it’s worth trying each one to find the squad that suits how you play.
Games follow the usual MARVEL SNAP rules: three locations, six turns. The team lineup, passive abilities and banned cards can all change from one event to the next.
Team Clash Rewards: Event Pass and Shop
Team Clash events usually come with an Event Pass, with a free track and a premium track you can unlock with Gold. Every match earns XP and Emblems, the mode’s event currency, with more for a win than for a loss.
Spend Emblems in the event shop on variants, borders, emotes, card packs and more. Matches cost Team Clash Tickets, which you can earn through the Event Pass or buy, and the shop usually stays open for a short while after the last matches.
When Did Team Clash Come Out?
Team Clash first came to MARVEL SNAP on December 18, 2025, as a brand-new Limited Time Game Mode. It has since returned several times, adding a sixth team along the way.
