How Grand Arena Works
Grand Arena is a MARVEL SNAP Limited Time Game Mode built around Champions. Before each match you pick one, and you start the game with your Champion and their unique Skill card already in your hand.
Every Champion comes with a prebuilt deck, so anyone can jump in regardless of their collection, and some events also let you build your own deck around your Champion. You’ll see your opponent’s Champion as soon as the game starts.
Games last the standard six turns, but start at 2 Energy instead of 1 and build up to 7. In the standard mode, win two of the three locations to take the match. The Champion lineup, deck rules and banned cards change from one event to the next.
Grand Arena Rewards: Event Pass and Shop
Most Grand Arena events come with an Event Pass, with a free track and a premium track you can unlock with Gold. Matches earn XP, and usually Glory, the mode’s event currency, with more for a win. Much of your Glory comes from the pass itself.
In most events you spend Glory in the event shop on cards, variants, card packs and more. Each match costs a Ticket, which you get back when you win, and the shop usually stays open for a short while after the last matches.
When Did Grand Arena Come Out?
Grand Arena first came to MARVEL SNAP on July 24, 2025. It has returned many times since, including a supersized edition and a spin-off, Grand Arena: Showdown.
